Can a baby look like you at 19 weeks?

My father in law saw my last u/s pics and said she already looks just like me is that even possible? 
Is there a big resemblance between the two of us? 
I thought the baby didn't get any features until later on from either parents.

They definitely can have distinct features. Both of my boys actually look different. One has my husbands nose and ears, the other looks like me lol.

Yes! At my 20 week check up we did a 3d scan and he had my profile and my chin! Its crazy that even still inside they already have features of peters :)

I don't see a resemblance in any ultrasound picture to the parents but that's just me.

I don't see any Resemblance but my hubby says she looks like me two I'll wait til the anatomy scan when she's a little bigger bc all I see is a healthy beautiful baby girl

Oh, definitely. My son looked exactly like me in his 20 week ultrasound (down to nose shape and cheek bones). He's now a month old and still looks exactly like me. While features will certainly change over time, the facial structure your baby has right now was determined by your and the dad's genes, so it makes sense that there will be some resemblance :).
