Should this cop be tried for murder based on what happened?

This post is NOT to bash cops. This post IS to discuss if we think the officer in question should be held accountable for killing the child in question. I will post the article that I saw on this. I selected this article as it addressed both sides. Please be mindful that this was someone's child and they did NOT have a weapon nor were they behaving aggressively, but were leaving a party where things went wrong.

Also, although race does play a factor here (whether ppl choose to acknowledge it or not), this post is not about just race. Please try not to derail the convo. Thank you for participating.
