Coconut water!

So after days of being both hungry and nauseous, I had no choice but to eat, and then throw it up later on.

I've felt so weak from being in bed for the past day and a half and not wanting any food.

So I tried coconut water. Not food obviously but it did settle my stomach and give me some energy back!
