Prego test

I have hyper thyroid so my hormones are really low.. I havent had my period in 4 months, my belly is getting a bump, my boobs hurt and my feet/legs get sooooo swollen and start to hurt from standing at work. I have got one positve well looks positive the lines were super faint and then one clear negative. Do any of you know if the thyroid prob could be affecting the test?
