delayed cord clamping benifits? gooo

Hi I'm new mom to be I'm due in December i know it's a while away but I like to prepare myself I already started going over my birth plan and how I want to do things I would like to start taking classes asap to give a better chance at a natural child birth and another thing I'm looking into is delayed Cord clamping or lotus births this interests me very much I know there are many many benefits has anyone done either of these before and can tell me there experiences please and thank you !
