What do I do?

I've been with my bf for 3 years now & we've definitely had our ups & downs. We go to different colleges so I only see him Thursdays-Sundays. He usually texts me throughout the day, but yesterday he was too busy to, & if he did it was one letter words. At night we always call & when we did, he wouldn't let me talk to him because he was busy. He told me he was sorry & we would talk more tomorrow. Today, he has barely texted me. When I tried to call him with some good news, he ignored me & asked me what is it & that he doesn't want to talk because he's busy & I'll make him stressed. That hurt my feelings a lot because I don't want him to feel that way about me. It's a week before finals & he is stressed, but I don't want to get the short end of the stick for the next few weeks. Like I want to be treated with love, not this. But I do know I need to be there for him no matter what, it's just hard to when I'm being treated that way & shown no love, even though I've been giving that to him. Idk what to do!
