The bloat is real 😭

Seriously... I'm only 7 weeks! I feel way too big for how far along I am. I hardly have an appetite either so its not like I overeat and I go on walks every day... (Don't mind my pjs... I work 12 hour nights so I sleep most of the day). Anyone else in my boat (with the bloat?!) I think I'll look 20 weeks by the time in 12..
