went to the hospital for nothing
I'm 39+5 and been feeling like I'm dying. My contractions are unbearable, I can't handle them anymore. I went to the hospital and was getting less contractions so they said they were just Braxton hicks but I've never felt this way in my entire pregnancy until now. Is there anything I can do do make me dilate and efface quickly ? I need to get over this pain ☹️
I'm also so disappointed and don't wanna go to the hospital fearing they will send me back. I feel like they want me to go in when I feel like the head is out already 🙄🙄
