So worried!!!

So I am 10+3 I have had a really heavy bleed today like a normal period, I had a scan and baby was there with a strong heartbeat of 170 and was measuring at 10+5 wriggling away. I found out with my first pregnancy I have a bicornate uterus and when I was scanned it showed clots on the left horn, baby is growing in the right. I was just hoping to see if anyone has been through the same and gone on to have normal pregnancys. Also I have no cramping at all!
