Privacy here

I am a little surprised how many of you have real names (I assume) and real pictures posted here. We share the absolutely most intimate experiences on this forum and I'm really curious- aren't you uncomfortable posting your picture and a name along with very personal details about yourself?  Don't you think someone who knows you may actually see it or your posts will be used against you in the future..? Everything we post here leaves a trace online.. Doesn't it..?
