Hi I was hoping I could get some help.

I've had this app since July 2014. I got pregnant August 2014 so I switched to glow nurture but unfortunately I lost the baby at 12 weeks. When I switched back to glow I couldn't see any of my previous data anymore. Is there any way to get that back? I have the same account/email as before I'd just like to see the months leading up to my bfp. I've tried exporting but it only brings me to October (the month I lost the baby).
