Could I be...

Could I be pregnant already?? February my "period" was 3 days late. My first day was really heavy but the second day was much lighter and the 3rd day was pretty much nothing just dark brown blood and spotting. Ever since then I have been very naseous all day and my boobs are super super itchy not sore but itchy.. And it's an itch I can't scratch.. I try and it hurts so it's driving me crazy. Sunday I took an at home test and it was negative.. I'm so confused!!!
