Should I be worried?

I have an IUD Mirena as a form of birth control and make all my sexual partners wear a condom. But a couple weeks ago 2 condoms broke with 2 different partners, it was caught before they finished and a new condom was used. According to this app my period is 6 days late. But with the IUD it can cause a complete stop of a period. And I just checked to see if it was still in place and it is. So my question is should I get a pregnancy test or am I overreacting?
