Regular Braxton hicks
I have just had 5 which were exactly 8 minutes apart lasting 45 seconds each. There not painful just my stomach goes tight. Is it a good sign? I'm timing them and I'm gonna have a nap in abit so they may go away. But should I call midwife? As I said there not painful at all. I'm 39 + 4
