Can I workout again?

So I've been told time and time again that it's 100% safe to workout while pregnant but I just want to hear from other mamas. 
I used to workout 5 days a week, I'm a certified Personal Trainer (although I don't train anyone. I got the certification to help myself and my family) and I would strength train HARD like I went balls to the wall 😂😂 competing with my husband and other weight lifting friends. 2 years ago I hit a max PR of 250lbs for squats and up until I was pregnant that was my warm up. Just to give an idea 
But when I became pregnant I was sick to my stomach. 🤢 I couldn't get out of bed most days and although I tried to workout with 10lbs at home it just never felt right and I did NOT want to do it. Second semester I started feeling better and hubby and I would go for walks and bike rides as often as the weather would allow. And now somehow in the 3rd trimester I finally feel like myself again! I'm eating the healthy food I love but couldn't stomach a few weeks ago, I'm doing more yoga and I've been doing work and lifting boxes and furniture around the house (we moved) and it makes me feel great! 
Should I go back to the gym? I wouldn't squat 250 again mostly because it's been 6-7 months since I have 😅 but I just have the longing for the gym I haven't had in forever and I want to go back so bad! I'm 28 weeks. Is it too late to start again?
