Symptoms ..

Got a faint line on a dollar store test. Tmi. I am 6 days late and have had watery Brown discharge the past two days... Only when wiping. My boobs do not look the same. Nipples getting larger bumps around areola , veins more prominent, and around nipple is turning tan brown and are tender. Bad back pain, fatigue.. What could this mean? Am I pregnant? Could it have been a false positive? Help? Phone takes horrible photos but line is apparent in person.
