Those of you who have your babies in your room! SEX how?

So my little boy is 3.5 month and since he was born my OH and I have only had sex a few times when my mother has had the baby. You moms who have your child in your room do you and your OH have sex in the same room? If so how do you switch off the fact your child is sleeping in the same room lol! And if you don't when do you baby dance? HELP!!
