Small nipples

Anyone else with small nipples? I mean, they aren't tiny.. but I can tell my LO gets frustrated when he can't get it far enough in by the end of a feeding. I want him to take a pacifier, but am afriad he will get even more frustrated since mine aren't as long as pacifier nipples. Same with a bottle in a few months.
