After ovulation

So according to glow I'm on my first day of my TWW. And I am cramping like I would for ovulation or AF. Anybody else cramp after ovulation? And what do it mean?

Note: I stopped tracking because after a year and a half of TTC I am just as lost and confused and heartbroken as I was when I first started trying. But I can't help but get distracted by these cramps.
