Constipated???

Im 15 weeks tomorrow and i feel like i need to go to the bathroom but cant go.. Is there anything i can take to help? Or any home remedies that work. Im too embarrassed to call the doctor to ask! Please help!!

I swear by chia seeds. I put them in a smoothie every morning and is kept me regular. Before I did that I used colace.

I have successfully using dry pitted prunes.
Taking 2 or 3/day, first thing in the morning on empty stomach. 
I sometimes sip a bit of coffee w it. Works like a charm! 
Also, I drink a tall glass of temperature room water w freshly squeezed lemon every morning.

You shouldn't feel embarrassed to call your doctor I promise they've heard it all lol but you can take dulcolax or dulcoease
