Help!!!

So I've been literally dying from whooping cough and I'm 34weeks pregnant! My midwife kept stressing to me to get the vaccine done by my doctors but like a fool I never had the time. It was hard because me and my mum live quite a distance a part and I've been staying with her for quite a while now, so my doctors is a distance to get to. I just want to know even though I've got whooping cough  will I still be able to get the vaccine? I can't take the vomiting anymore and continuous coughing, I can't eat and it's not healthy for me or baby. I need some answers!!!
