Really someone said no???? 😒 I have eaten cold meat sandwiches with all my pregnancy and not once did I get sick or baby got hurt. The odds are so low that to me it's not worth worrying about.

My OB said meats cut fresh at the deli are completely fine. It's the pre-packaged ones that you should avoid
