breast pain??

So I gave birth 3 weeks ago and breastfeeding is going really well. However today out of nowhere my right boob, on the right side close to my armpit hurts soooo bad. They are not full because I pumped thinking it was time to empty them. But still horrible pain. Is this normal? And if so what can I do for the pain because in my opinion it's worst than my labor was.. any help/advice is appreciated! 🤗
