Is this alright?

️Heyo! I was recently skimming through tumblr, I am a teen after all, and this caught my attention 
Is this honest to god happening??! I googled however I will take a Canadian's answer over Google any day because they LIVE there, and any sites I visited may have been misinformed or biased. 
I may not be 100% educated on this so keep in mind this is a greatly opinionated rant, but I feel it's very very disrespectful to force someone to go against their ways to become a citizen. He claims its disrespectful to not show their faces? That's part of their life that's their decision ughhhh. 
Main question, if this turns out to truly be an issue happening at the moment, is that alright? Should he be allowed to do that?

As a Muslim, I have to agree with the authorities on this one. It's only for swearing in. In order to become a citizen, they should do it. I'm completely against banning it, as it's a religious thing that no one should take away. 
However, imagine if a whole bunch of these women swore in and became citizens.. Like it could be anyone under there. I'm sure they can show their face ONE time and at least prove that they are who they say they are. I dont think it's abusing their rights at all. It's only fair that the authorities guarantee who they're letting in to their country.

If you want to be an American citizen, you should act like one. I understand some things, but this is too far. I'd cover up to "fit it" over there if I wanted to be a citizen. So I don't see why is wrong to have them remove it for the swearing in.

It's not in any religion to wear a burka (or however it's spelled,) the only reason they wear it now is tradition that their husband was the only person who wad allowed to look at them.

I think they should at least show their face because you don't have a clue who's under there and what gender they are.
