any recommendations for natural teething gel or tablets ?

My LO is teething so I'm looking for some recommendations on natural teething pain relief. It looks like the FDA took most of the natural gels off the market.

We're using the Babyganics teething pods. It's clover oil, this is Day 2 but it really seems to help. He will calm down almost immediately after I rub it on his gums. My son also loves Sophie the teething giraffe (we have renamed it April after that poor pregnant giraffe that was in labor for a month).

There's a clove natural teething gel that I've seen at Walmart and target it's the Nuby brand. I use it sparingly. I also have Baltic amber beads on him, and use essential oil blends for teething which I roll on his feet and jaw line. After a couple weeks those took effect and I rarely ever have to give tylenol anymore. I also try to do the breastmilk pops but he hasn't taken to them yet.
