Vision/dream pregnancy

A few weeks before my miscarriage (I'm thinking it was when I conceived) I had this vision when I closed my eyes right before I fell asleep and it was like two fish swimming in a circle kind of creating a ying yang! Then about 6 months later I saw the same thing!!!!!!! I didn't think too much into it but a few weeks later I was at the doctor's sick as ever and they gave me a pregnancy test and I was about 6 weeks pregnant! I thought about the vision/dream and how there must be some sort of symbology but I forgot to look into it until just now! I'm now 36 weeks and so ready to meet my lil rainbow baby.
