rock bottom

Does anyone feel like they have hit rock bottom ?? In just a month ... I lost my best friend my boyfriend moved out and I lost my job and have family issues ... and I'm only 16!?!?! Well gonna be 17 soon but all I wanna do is put my self to sleep I don't know what to do I just sometimes wanna throw my iPhone 7 plus away and say that I lost it so I wouldn't have to deal with drama... I'm lost confused depressed and don't wanna talk to anyone just wanna shut myself away from ... EVERYONE
