How long after sex do you wait to pee?

Been ttc for a year now and things just are not happening. We BD at the right time, I have lots of CM to the point I feel like I peed my pants, and I'm healthy. But I have realized that after we have sex at night and I lay there sometimes and fall asleep and don't pee till 4am or so like last night. That today vagina feels like a coming of a UTI. So maybe I should pee like 10 min after sex so I don't have this feeling. How long do you all wait?

My first cycle ttc I didn't get up to pee right away and I gave myself a UTI. Get up and pee. Staying still won't help you conceive so you're risking a real risk of UTI for a imaginary increased odds of conception. As someone else said, sperm gets where it needs to go in seconds. I was being stupid.

I am super prone to UTIs - and in the 8 months we were TTC, I got 3! 
The month we actually conceived I got up immediately after sex to pee. I wouldn't worry about semen 'spilling out.' The sperm gets to where it needs to be within seconds within the uterus, so it doesn't hurt your chances of conceiving to get up and pee right away.
