This stuff concerns me
The first picture has so many things wrong. She's supposed to be rear facing. The lady has 4 kids and doesn't see anything wrong with how her baby is strapped in. The second one isn't as bad. But, the clip is called a chest clip for a reason. Most car seats have a picture of where it's supposed to be positioned at. I can't be the only person that gets annoyed by this!
