I took 2 test at home and one at the doctor they was negative i go to er their was positive, they did a ultrasound and seen a sack but no baby so he thought i was pregnant in my tubes or started a pregnancy and it just stop. I go to my obgyn and i told

Them i had my last period the beginning of feb so they do a ultrasound and see nothing they said i may be 2 early but they said 3 weeks so i looked to see and my last period was January so that would make me 7 weeks, can anybody give me answers on whats going on
