SERIOUS ADVICE PLEASE

I've done so much research on getting tattoos while pregnant and most of it's all like no don't you can get hepatitis or hiv. BUT I 100% trust my tattooist bc he's been a family friend for over a decade and I know he would never use a needle on 2 different people. So the other side is the immune system being low bc of pregnancy and the risk of infections go up but it's not a HUGE tattoo. I really want the number 23 done for a really close family member that died. it's really tiny and I'm really considering it and I want so opinions and more than people saying you're such a bad parent for even considering it.
