8 months post partum... vaginal changes!

I had a beautiful baby girl in August. 46 hrs active labor, 2 hrs pushing, & finally an emergency c section. I've noticed like a month ago that there seemed to be a little flap near my perineum. A few days ago I noticed a while piece of tissue is coming out of my vagina. It's a long piece that I can grab. Doesn't hurt. Any ideas?
