I look similar, a little smaller though, at 4w4d... But right now, it's just bloat, it's not actually from the "baby".  I always bloat a lot when pregnant, i even bloat a ton just while I'm pms'ing, so it's not really surprising haha.  Your bloat will slowly turn into a "real" baby belly :)
