Should I start to worry ??

I just turned 25 and iv been trying for a baby since November 2016 and my last depo shot was august 2015 I was just wondering at what point do I need to start worrying that I'm not conceiving , I have friends younger and older that seem to just look there partners way and are pregnant I don't particularly like my family doctor and don't wanna go to him unless there's a actually need ?? Basically what I want to know is am I just panicking or should I start to worry it's taking so long I don't have any other health problems and my AF is as regular as clock work ??
