Burning/tingling sensation in my nipple? Early pregnancy symptom?????

Just a few minutes ago, I started to feel a tingling sensation in me left nipple, like it was super cold, or I had put icy-hot on it but not nearly as bad as it would be... Lasted a few minutes, now it's gone! I read it could be an early symptom because of the hormones surging through your body... I mean, it would be around the time it should happen.. at least if I ovulated when I think I did. Could that be it? What do y'all think!!!
