weight after baby
It's been almost four months after having my baby and I just can't seem to shake the weight. I gained 25 kg (55 pounds) and only lost 5 kg ( 11 pounds) since birth. I eat healthy and and casually exercise (nothing intense or I pee myself ) and I drink heaps of water. Anybody have tips to me lose the baby weight because it's really bringing me down and I want to feel comfortable with my weight again
