Breast feeding soreness cure!
So I have been struggling with breastfeeding for the last 3 weeks since my daughter was born. My nipples were uber sore all that time and I dreaded having to feed her. After breaking down in tears, I took two days off and pumped while I healed my nipples and this is what I did. First, I cleaned my nipples with a wipe or warm towel. Then I applied breast milk on my nipples and let it air dry. After that, I applied a small amount of raw coconut oil to my nipples and let it air dry for a minute before putting my bra back on. After each feeding I repeat these steps--just be sure to wipe your nipples clean before feeding your little one, and you will definitely notice a difference. Also try to get baby to open wide before putting nipple in mouth. If they get a nice chunck of nipple and areola in their mouth, it feels much better.
