bagged salad while pregnant?

Does anyone eat bagged salad while pregnant? I wasn't sure if it was okay. I know I was told not to get premade salads with the meat and everything in it already but wasn't sure about bagged salad. And should I rewash it to be safe?

I ate bagged salads and I'm 34 weeks and baby is perfectly fine. I also ate premade deli salads here and there (no mayo).

I avoid bagged salads pregnant or not because they add a lot of crap to make them still look fresh when they aren't, think of what salad should look like after being put together and left in a bag... eww...
 I don't think it will harm your baby per say but in general I find them gross. 
Maybe find a store local to you that makes them fresh in the morning or just start making them up yourself.

I've heard there can be a lot of bacteria in the bagged salat. I'm eating it but I'm washing it really good before preparing. I had no problems so far 😉

I've ate bagged salad and haven't had any issues. I do wash it though just because that's a personal preference, but im sure you don't need to.
