What is the best contraceptive option??

I am not sure what is the best option as I've experienced really bad side effects with the pill (for my acne) it was diannette and Yasmin pills. It made me really depressed till the point of not wanting to be here. Has anyone else had this experience.

IUD all the way! Ask your doc about the non hormonal copper iud. I've had bad reactions to hormones in the past so I went the non hormonal route and so far I love it! I don't need to worry about taking pills, worrying about the pharmacy, and it's good for 10 years!

Do a lil research

I had mine for three years and just got it taken out last week cause the time was up. Planning to get another one soon.

There are tons of other pills your dr could put you on people often think if one didnt work none will in fact they are all made with different ingredients and in different formulations but all do the same thing prevent pregnancy
