annoyed

So I've come to terms with having herpes. It's to the point where I'm not phased by it at all. I've HSV 1 on my genitals. I take my meds when I feel an outbreak. Sometimes I'll feel tingling on my mouth and take abreva. I'm in a good place mentally BUT the only people I tell are potential sex partners. Sometimes my family or friends will make an off statement about people with herpes or tell a bad joke, notknowing that I have it. I just want to scream I HAVE HERPES AND I LIVE A PRETTY NORMAL LIFE SO CHILL but I just chuckle and keep it moving. Ugh.
