I have wavy/curly hair, ans have gotten highlights done three or four times (every six months), and my hair has been having this thing when it is "crunchy" or "sticky" right after i wash it, and i cant move it if it wet, like it wont move. It isn't greasy or oily, it seems as if it were REALLY dry, but even if i use really hydrating shampoos or use hair masks it will stay the same! Have you ever had this problem? Were you able to fix it?
