Freaking out, STD or overreaction?

Hey ladies! So today I flew across the country because summer and so I'm really stressed. I noticed that aside from the usual mucus like discharge and smell, my vagina was also itchy. When I itch it, there's some pain but also a really weird feeling like I can't get the itching to stop. I believe that when I lost my virginity a few weeks ago I tore my hymen and it became like a skin tag, but I'm hoping it isn't herpes. Thoughts?
