Yesterday morning when I got off work I layed down next to my boyfriend and fell asleep.

I remember dreaming of using the restroom. I woke up and discovered that I had wet the bed. My boyfriend was right next to me and I was so embarrassed to tell him that I, a grown adult had just peed all over myself. He poked fun at me for a little while because I was also laughing at myself because I was really embarrassed but he removed the bed sheets and washed them for me. Everything worked out fine but like why did this happen? Has anyone else experienced this before? I probably should of posted this anonymously but I don't care what people may think. 🤷‍♀️😂
