This may seem like a dumb question but is it okay to keep having missionary sex with your husband on top? I know it's not good to lay on your back for long periods of time.  We were doing the deed last night and I was thinking afterwards "Was that okay to do?" I didn't know about putting pressure on my stomach either. I'm showing but not big yet where my belly gets in the way
