AF due 3/8 but spotting already. Losing hope :(

My AF is due 3/8. I was so excited getting up this morning to test my hcg... Negative. Then i saw some brown spotting. Ughhh.... It just destroyed my mood. Feeling down and hopeless now! Been ttc for 8 months now :(((((( .. Sorry just wanted to vent. Happy weekend ladies and baby dust to you all!
