advice please!

I've just had back-to-back pregnancies and have accumulated 70 lbs. I used to be in excellent shape and had tons of energy and slept well but now I have severe sleep apnea, I've been diagnosed with an autoimmune disease (it was present before childbirth but flare ups happened so infrequently that I didn't think it was anything diagnosable), and 90% of this weight has accumulated on my belly. My hips are still flat, my legs are still muscular, my rear has deflated some (haha!), and arms still somewhat the same just less defined. It's almost like I can see my original shape but I'm wearing a fake pregnant belly over it. Has anyone else dealt with this? I'm 4 months PP and nothing has changed since I left the hospital.
