Just found out I have a subchorionic hemorrhage

I'm 7 weeks and 1 day today. This is my third pregnancy. I have a 7 y/o daughter and a 19 month old son. Yesterday morning  (Sunday) I woke up and started my morning activities when this horrible crampy feeling started. I told my husband that something wasn't right, he made me lay down about 15 mins later I get up and go to the bathroom and I see blood in my panties. I freak out totally thinking I'm losing the baby. We went to the er and had tests and a sonogram done. The baby was okay! Heart rate was 138 my due date is December 24th! I was diagnosed with a small subchorionic hemorrhage though . I go back tomorrow (Tuesday) for a follow up appt. Any tips from other mothers that have went through this as well? I'm a very anxious person as is and this only adds to my worries. Any advice is good advice.
