You can't control it, and men aren't the only ones to have wet dreams. I have them and so does my SO. We talk about them with eachother and it's only brought us closer.

Uhm...there no way it can't be ok. But my husband's never had more then morning wood, and is normal sexually satisfied so never goes that far.
