Zoloft while pregnant?

Any Momma's to be pregnant and taking Zoloft? I was on Prozac prior to finding out I was pregnant, my primary care instantly told me to stop taking it. Prozac caused weight gain for me, which sucked.

I just hit my 2nd trimester and my anxiety is back full force with spurts of depression. My OB has prescribed Zoloft and I was wondering what other people have experienced while taking it.

What side effects did you have?

My OB said Zoloft is the safest! I opted not to take it just in case, but he didn't seem concerned! Best of luck!

I'm taking 25mg of Zoloft this pregnancy! I stopped with my first and started again at 30 weeks until she was born and then upped to 50 mg after she was here for my ppd. This time I didn't stop at all and my dr hasn't said anything. This pregnancy is going SO much better bc I've been on it and haven't had panic attacks.

I take Zoloft with no side effects. Will be stopping before birth though as my specialist said my daughter could have withdrawals when she is born.
