I am 9 weeks pregnant and I was sitting on a chair today and I bent over to reach something on the floor. After that I was paranoid thinking I could've caused harm to my baby. Can this happen at all?

No. Not at all. :) however it does get uncomfortable later on and you run a high risk of peeing yourself in the third trimester if you bend too far. Lol.
